How We Process Your Order

Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email immediately. Our UK-based warehouse aims to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You will receive a second email containing your tracking link the moment your parcel leaves our facility.

Please note that working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

International Shipping

We are expanding! We currently offer standard international shipping to the EU, USA, and Canada. Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on the weight of your items.

Note for international customers: You are responsible for any local customs duties or import taxes applied once the parcel reaches your destination country.

Missing or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please check the tracking link provided in your dispatch email. If the carrier tracking has not updated for 3 working days, or if it says delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
