📏 Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size for my baby?

Babies grow at their own pace, so we always recommend sizing by your baby's current height rather than their exact age. We list the recommended height in centimetres on our product pages. If your little one is between sizes, it is always best to size up so they have room to grow.

How do your shoe sizes work?

We provide accurate inner sole measurements in centimetres alongside standard UK baby shoe sizes. Measure your child's foot from the heel to the tip of their longest toe, and check the specific size chart on the product page to find the perfect fit.

🚚 Delivery & Tracking

How much is UK delivery?

Standard UK delivery is £3.99, but we offer Free Standard Delivery on all orders over £50. We also offer Express (£6.99) and Next-Day Delivery (£9.99) options at checkout.

When will my order arrive?

Standard delivery takes 3–5 working days. If you order before 2:00 pm on a weekday, we aim to process and dispatch your order on the exact same day.

How do I track my parcel?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can use this link to follow your parcel all the way to your door.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags still attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear or underwear unless they are faulty.

Do I have to pay for return postage?

Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, you are responsible for the return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service (like Royal Mail Tracked) to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major UK debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), as well as fast checkout options including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Can I amend my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly to get them out to you as fast as possible. If you need to change a size or shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once the order has been dispatched, we cannot make any changes.
